Q) If I order on-line how long before my request is dispatched?

A) Our online site is updated every 15 minutes from 8am to 4pm. Any order you place before 8am or after 4pm you should call (951) 712-1414.

Q) How do I know if you delivered my requested delivery?

A) You have two ways to check. You can go to the Red Alert website and log in to your account to see the special order, or you can call Red Alert dispatch (951) 712-1414 to find out.

Q) What if I have 2 or 3 packages going to the same place, do you charge me for each one?

A) No, as long as the items are small, (no more than 3lbs each, and no more than 3 items), you will not be charged any extra, however if the items are much larger a piggyback fee will be charged. To get more information on this call (951) 712-1414

Q) Can I request a certain driver to pick up my special request?

A) No, we have many qualified drivers to handle your specials with great care, however if the driver you are trying to request is in the area and has no obligations, then arrangement can be made.

Q) There are so many different ways to send my special, what if I'm not sure which way to send it?

A) Call our staff of professionals they can help you determine the best possible way to send your special.

Q) Do you deliver larger packages/freight?

A) Yes, we do deliver heavier packages and freight that will fit in a cargo van, however you will need to call (951) 712-1414, to get alternate pricing and times for this type of service. The Red Alert Dispatcher depending on your needs can make arrangements for anything larger.
